The staff are so friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. They have a buzzer on the outside door so it is always locked and then the second door is locked from 11pm so you get buzzed in. I’m a confident traveller, but there are times you can still feel vulnerable.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but it worked for our purposes. The local residential area (Chelsea NYC) offers a variety of restaurants at very reasonable prices. Entertainment is within walking distance as is Broadway’s theatre district, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, the Fashion District and the Gallery District.
